How early can I start setting up? |

We can
not allow any renters to begin their setup before their rented time.
Keep in mind, our maintenance staff will setup your tables and chairs
according to your floor plan prior to your rental time. |

Can I leave my equipment overnight? |
|
|
It is imperative that all outside
equipment be removed from our facilities. We do not have storage to
accommodate any equipment overnight.

How do I get my Compliance/Damage Deposit back? |
|
Your deposit will be refunded on the first working day of the week following your
event and requires no action on your part. It will be refunded by a check
mailed to the address on your rental contract. This process typically
takes 2-4 weeks. |
